Privacy Policy

ZetSet ("we", "our", "us") is a fitness application that generates AI-powered, personalised workout plans. Our app is available on Android. Our website is at zetsetfitness.in.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: your name, email address, and Google account identifier (when you sign in with Google).
• Body metrics: age, gender, weight, height — used solely to personalise your workout plan.
• Fitness preferences: goal (fat loss / muscle gain / general fitness), experience level, days per week, equipment preference.
• Onboarding notes: any free-text notes you choose to share (e.g. injuries, limitations). This is optional.
• Workout logs: exercises completed, sets, reps, and weights recorded during sessions.
• Usage data: login timestamps and streak data.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, or any data unrelated to fitness.

• To generate and personalise your AI workout plan via Google Gemini.
• To authenticate you securely via Google OAuth.
• To display your workout history, progress, and streak.
• To improve the app (aggregated, anonymised analytics only).

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google OAuth 2.0 — authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini API — AI workout plan generation. Your fitness profile and notes are sent to this API. Subject to Google AI Terms.
• Amazon Web Services (EC2) — our backend server is hosted in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region.

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@zetsetfitness.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are not used — authentication is handled entirely via Google OAuth. Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on an AWS EC2 instance with restricted access. We do not store Google access tokens beyond the authentication flow.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

ZetSet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
